Bryan Feik - Metal Department Manager
Bryan has managed the Crown and Bridge Department at Antek since his career began in 1978. He also manages lab personnel.
In 2006 Bryan received his recognition award from the A.D.A. for 25 years as a C.D.T. He is a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantology and the International Association of Implant Dental Technicians.
Bryan specializes in Crown and Bridge implant cases involving a variety of implant systems and assists both dentists and their staffs in treatment planning cases and coordinating the patient appointment steps of difficult cases. The doctors appreciate the good communication of our lab as it helps ensure fewer patient appointments and more productive office scheduling.
Bryan is married and his wife Jackie is also in the dental field. She is a receptionist/treatment scheduling coordinator for a local dentist. There is never a lack of subject matter to discuss at the dinner table!
Bryan and Jackie enjoy golfing and fly-fishing and are always looking for new places to improve their techniques.

Dave Weatherill - Metal Department Technician
Dave has been an outstanding crown & bridge finish technician at Antek since 1993. His duties include waxing and finishing metal, crown and bridge framework, and all types of precious and non-precious full metal crowns.
Dave has extensive experience soldering crown and bridge frameworks, along with surveying and setting attachments. He has worked with a wide range of implants and their components, including fabrication of over-denture bars on implants and fixed partial dentures.
Dave is also knowledgable about Procera, Lava and all metal-free restorations. He is always available to answer questions concerning these systems. Outside of the lab, Dave enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and motorcycles.
Louis Won - Metal Department Technician
Louis has worked for Antek since July of 2002. His responsibilities include waxing and finishing metal, casting, and investing. Louis is also trained in the plaster department, Procera scanning, and office work.
Plaster Department [top]
Chris Won - Plaster Department Manager
Chris has worked for Antek since September 2005. He started as a pickup & delivery driver and now manages the plaster department.
He enjoys hanging out with friends, playing basketball and snowboarding from time to time.
Porcelain Department [top]
John Slegel - Owner/Porcelain Department Technician
John is the owner of Antek Dental Lab. He began his career in 1959 as a dental laboratory technician in the U.S. Army, stationed in Germany for two years. When he returned to the United States, John attended Oregon State University for four years, studying general science.
John looked upon Dental Technology as something of an art form, and had a true passion to pursue it as a lifelong career. He enrolled in a two year dental technology program at the University of California, in Los Angeles. After graduating from UCLA, John chose porcelain as his specialty and returned to his hometown of Corvallis, Oregon, where he managed the Porcelain Department for O'Brien C & B Dental Lab, Inc. During his seven years with O'Brien, the staff grew from two employees to seventeen employees.
In May of 1975 John became a Certified Dental Technician in ceramics through the National Board for Certification. In 1978 he moved to Bremerton, Washington, where he opened Antek Dental Lab, Inc., which currently has a staff of ten employees.
John has pursued his passion and continued his extensive studies of aesthetic dentistry for the past forty years. His achievements include:
- Owner of a Certified Dental Lab
- A member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry
- An affiliate member of the Academy of Osseointegration
- Accredited by the Academy of General Dentistry as a Clinician
- A Certified Dental Technician
Finally, as well as being involved in a number of implant study clubs in the greater Puget Sound area, John lectures on implants, shade-taking, treatment planning, and other subjects.
Nancy Young - Porcelain Department Manager
Nancy has been with Antek for since 1986 years, and is a Certified Dental Technician in Ceramics.
Her responsibilities include quality control, training, and work flow. She also spends a considerable amount of her time at the bench, working with porcelain at all stages of completion, specializing in custom shades. Patient satisfaction is her number one priority, as well as ensuring that the doctors’ chair times are minimal
What keeps this position interesting and motivating for Nancy, is that technology is always advancing, which allows for personal growth in the industry.
Rebecca Delao - Porcelain Technician
Rebecca has worked for Antek for five years, starting as a pickup & delivery driver, moving to the plaster department and then being promoted to the porcelain department. She is a skilled and dedicated technician.
Amanda Mebert - Porcelain Technician
Amanda has been with Antek since July, 2005. She started working in the plaster department and was promoted to the porcelain department after showing talent and enthusiasm for the work.
Outside of work, Amanda loves to spend time at home with her fiance.
Office Staff [top]
Ann Poolman - Office Department Manager
Ann is Antek's Office Manager. She handles all Accounts Receivable, coordinates delivery services, maintains office correspondence, supervises the office staff and oversees telephone communication.
Ann enjoys reading, watching sports and visiting her sons, who have recently graduated from college.
Laurie F. Jones - Business Manager
Laurie is the business manager and web designer for Antek. She has been with Antek from its inception. She is responsible for Accounts Payable and assists with marketing.

Christa Doyle – Pickup & Delivery, Customer Service and Sterilization
Christa has worked for Antek since January 2007. She is responsible for picking up and delivering cases for dental offices and labs. Her other duties include basic clinical tasks, boxing, sterilizing, booking in cases and assisting the office manager.
Jackie Feik - Marketing Representative
Jackie is our marketing representative. She visits dental offices throughout the region giving dentists information about our lab and learning about the needs of the dental offices.
Jackie is married to Bryan Feik, who is our Metal Department manager. It's great to have Jackie as part of our team.
